Price per room including breakfast for 2 people:

On weekends, and high season there is an additional charge of 10 euros per guest room per night.
De common hunting room is usually available for B&B guests, as a dinner or lounge room. Occassionaly the room is closed due to a meeting or training session.
The fee to rent the whole accommodation Mollenvlied (a minimum of 2 nights for 10 persons) is 1270 euro. This includes the 5 guest rooms and the common hunting room for private use. If you would like to rent the whole B&B for 8 persons privately (this includes the use of 4 guest rooms) the total fee is 1170 euro.
The 2 buildings are surrounded by a forest park. There are several terraces at your disposal.
- The rental fee of the whole accommodation is without breakfast.
If you do want to include breakfast, for instance because you are celebrating an anniversary, a luxureus group breakfast is possible. The costs are 15 euro per person per breakfast. - Checking in is available from 16:00 hrs and checking out around 11:00 hrs.
- Would you like to stay longer with your group, for example Sunday afternoon? This is possible for an extra 150 euro.
- For every extra person (on top op 10 people) an extra 35 euro per night will be calculated.
- A cleaning fee of 100 euro will be charged for bookings of the whole accommodation.
- Children until the age of 3 stay for free at Mollenvlied.
- Tourist tax in the municipality of Epe is 1,15 euro p.p.p.n.
Cancellation policy
Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. Together we will look at the cause of your cancellation and how to arrange this. The sooner you get in contact, the easier it will be to rent out the accommodation to a different party. Rescheduling or accepting a voucher are the most satifiying solutions for both parties.
- If you want to cancel as a group within 14 days before arrival you are due the whole booking amount.
