B&B Mollenvlied is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Veluwe, adjacent to the Royal Wood peaceful, spacious and quiet. Here you can hike, cycle, mountain bike and go horseback riding along the many marked trails and routes. The chance of ‘game spotting’ is almost 100%!
The many springs and streams and the old ‘celtic’ burial mounds make the area very special.
The accommodation is located about 3 kilometres outside the village centre of Vaassen. In Vaassen and surroundings there is plenty of opportunity for evening dining, from eatery to luxury dining.
In the immediate vicinity of the Royal Wood are, among others, Palace het Loo, Castle de Cannenburgh, the Kröller-Müller Museum, sauna de Veluwse Bron, theme park the Julianatoren and monkey zoo the Apenheul. For the summer day there is also a swimming lake with beach ‘t Kievitsveld with restaurant and cable park for water ski and wake boarding.
Nearby cities are Apeldoorn, Deventer, Zwolle, Arnhem and Harderwijk.
Mollenvlied has a charging station available for guests with electric cars.
Mollenvlied has some bicycles for rent for 7,50 euro per day p.p.
Dogs are welcome in some rooms of Mollenvlied for 15 euros (extra cleaning costs). Please consult in advance.
Multiple (electrical) bicycles can be rented at De Weerdt in Emst and bicycle shop Huernink in Vaassen.
